Week of July 10, 2019
Construction work continues in the Sylvan Lake Roundabout area and near the debris catchment basin.
Additionally, the Haymaker Trail will be rerouted in sections from July 15-September 1, 2019. Construction in this area is needed to connect to the Town’s water line at the Pool and Ice Rink facility, construct a paved recreation path, and finish debris flow basins to protect future structures (See Town of Eagle Press Release and map below for more information or click here to view on the Town of Eagle website). All construction activity will be completed, and the trail restored to its original state by September 1.
Construction focusses this week include:
§ Sewer Installation (now-July 19)
§ Installation of conduit for the shallows
§ Continued work at the roundabout and intersection of Brush Creek Road
§ Earth work continues through filing 1
· Haymeadow continues to irrigate all parcels within the PUD including those dedicated to the Town of Eagle in order to maintain the aesthetic feel of the area and mitigate dust.
· Other activities are generally in preparation for coming work.
Traffic impacts in the construction area will be minimal. Delays are not expected, but intermittent general construction traffic in the area will be present this week and throughout construction.
Trail users and community members are asked to give construction work space and leash dogs near construction activity to ensure proper safety for everyone.
