The Haymeadow plan includes over 11-miles of bycycling, running and walking paths. In additions more than half of the property is undeveloped to provide comfortable space for passive recreations, wildlife and an elk migration corridor.
Adjacent to the Haymeadow development, professionally built to host the Colorado High School Cycling League State Championships, the Haymaker Trail incorporates everything from fast, flat lower sections to a steep, windy slalom-style descent. In between, you’ll find several moderate climbs, rock bridges, windy berms and some fun rollers. Add on a lap through the adjacent BMX track to round out your ride (from Eagleoutside.com).
Recreating in Eagle is as easy as living here. There are countless options for the serious outdoor sports enthusiasts and those valuing activities alike. Walk to mountain bike trails and rivers or head to the ski resorts, right up the road.
Each neighborhood in Haymeadow will adjoin improved open spaces and include its own internal park system.
Access to the Town of Eagle
The Haymeadow pan’s unique system of trails and significant open space provide ample opportunity for non-motorized transportation. Haymeadow residents and those living outside the development will be able to take advantage of everything Haymeadow has to offer.
A comprehensive walking and cycling trail system will connect all of the neighborhoods to each other and to parts of the Eagle Community.
